Cancellation/prepayment: Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival and paid via BACS transfer. After full payment is taken you will be emailed with details of key collection. Free cancellation is available at any point upto the day your booking commences if your journey or holiday becomes no longer permitted within COVID-19 restrictions. 

Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. A travel cot, stairgate and high chair are available at no extra cost (but please let the owner know what you require). A baby/toddler in a cot may be included as an extra guest (making it a total of 5 guests).

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed.

Parties: Parties/events are not allowed. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
