BEECH COTTAGE

Beech Cottage contains an entrance hall and downstairs toilet, kitchen and lounge/diner. There is a back door from the kitchen which leads out onto the patio and lawn area. On the first floor  there is a shower room, a twin bedroom and master bedroom with king-sized bed. It also has its own private parking area.

It has central heating, fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine and fridge freezer, TV in the lounge and Wi-Fi throughout.

There is a locked internal door off the entrance hall which should you wish to rent both cottages at once, maybe with family or friends can be unlocked so both cottages can be used as a whole. Due to Beech Cottage being semi-detached there may be some noise transference between the cottages if both are occupied.
